Sean is an accomplished Business Executive with extensive industrial experience and knowledge within the fabrication, gas, heat treatment and steel making industries. He has strong technical and analytical skills allowing for an in-depth understanding of processes and long term business requirements. Sean is a technical specialist in Quality Management Systems including ISO 3834 and ISO 9001, as well as the testing and certification of materials and qualification of welding procedures and welders. Having worked in the training of welding personnel for an extensive period of time, he has a passion and deep knowledge for the training and progression of welding personnel. He also has a keen interest in advanced technologies for both training as well as welding and evaluation of welds. Sean earned an Engineering degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1992.
